Los Angeles, April 14, 2024 — We are honored to announce the acquisition of the last possessions of the renowned artist Amram Ebgi, an influential figure in the Jewish art world known for his intricate works. As we sift through these treasures, we are excited to share the discovery of previously unseen early works and many from his troubled Period B.
Over the coming months, visitors can look forward to a series of unveilings that will include these early gems, enriching our existing collection of Ebgi's art. This ongoing effort reflects our commitment to preserving and celebrating Ebgi's legacy.
A notable discovery among the unearthed items is Ebgi's last major endeavor—a collection of 81 Trifold Presentation Cardboard works. This remarkable find showcases a deeply creative, albeit challenging, phase and will be separately displayed at the bottom of
Works.
We invite art lovers and collectors to join us in experiencing these additions to our gallery. Each piece provides a unique insight into the creative journey of Amram Ebgi and continues to carry his spirit and vision.
