Period AB
1994 - 2003 — A transitional period bridging classic and contemporary styles. 66 works.
During this time, Period A etchings were still being distributed, even though new designs of similar quality were no longer produced. The prints sent out during this period showed a decrease in quality compared to those from Period A.
Period AB artwork primarily focuses on three main themes:
- The Holocaust and its associated atrocities.
- The 9/11 events, with a particular emphasis on the Twin Towers attacks.
- Reinterpretations of earlier works, many of which incorporate a unique vertical line style.
The vertical line style featured in many of the artworks is achieved with a custom-configured paper shredder that cuts exclusively along the longer edge, allowing for the creation of extended line segments.
